Compassion Homes is a proposed nonprofit affordable-housing initiative intended to provide safe, quality, reasonably priced permanent housing for households working toward stability but increasingly priced out of the communities where they live and work.
Independent 1-, 2- & possible 3-bedroom homes
Private kitchens & bathrooms
Working families & single parents
Seniors & people with disabilities
Community green spaces & family areas
Resident services where feasible
For some households, Compassion Village may become a pathway into Compassion Homes. Others may qualify directly based on the financing program, income requirements, unit availability, and final development criteria.
