Graceful Days Adult Day & Enrichment Center is a proposed community-based daytime program for older adults and other adults who may benefit from supervision, companionship, structured activities, meals, and supportive services.

The center is intended to feel welcoming and home-like rather than institutional, while operating only within its licensed scope and staff capabilities.
